This 16-minute meditation will guide you through three variations of focused breathwork: directing the breath within the body, a four-part counted breath including retention, and breathwork with mantra. It is perfect for both beginner and intermediate practitioners of meditation to define your practice, lengthen or deepen your practice, or simply soothe the mind if you are feeling a bit out-of-balance.

~Offerings~

I bring yoga to you in a way that is digestible, integrative, and tangible. Yoga helps me to feel the best in both body and mind, and the more I study and practice the more I am impassioned to be able to share this practice with others. Yoga guides me to live my best life in each and every day, feel comfortable and confident in my body, and helps me manage depression, anxiety, grief, and the whole suite of negative emotions that may crop up in any given day, and transform these things into feelings of self-love, compassion, and grace.

My personal practice is consistent, fluid, changing, and embraces the eight limbs of yoga. I weave together traditional practices I learned in Nepal and India with teachings brought to me from more western guides, so that what I am able to offer you is rooted in ancient tradition but also translates to a modern world.

I offer group classes in studios and outdoors, and one-on-one classes that are focused on your personal needs, and nature-focused half-day, full-day, and multi-day excursions.
